Compliments / Complaints

I received a coupon for a free jar of Progresso Sauce last week. Why? I attempted to print a $1 off coupon from their site and it failed. I emailed and asked them to send me that coupon and instead they sent me a coupon for a FREE sauce. I have always let companies know when I have been disappointed with a product and have received coupons and free items. 

Thanks to Couponing to Disney’s  5 A Day Mail Campaign I am no longer writing only with complaints, I am thanking and complimenting companies whose products I appreciate and enjoy. What an easy way to get some free products or great coupons! This week I began writing the companies of every product I used throughout the day via the Contact Us pages of their websites. After loading the dishwasher I wrote Cascade to thank them for making a great product. After eating my Yoplait yogurt I wrote to let them know how much I love their yogurt but how difficult it is to get all the yogurt out because of their packaging. After putting away my leftovers in Ziploc containers I wrote to thank them for helping me save money by keeping my food fresh and protecting my freezer meals from freezer burn.
